Below, you will find answers to common questions regarding CCSims.
Why did my CCSims assessment close partway through?
- CCSims is a timed assessment, which will automatically close once the timer has run out
Why does the CCSims assessment not load?
- You must use a Windows or MacOS computer as other devices do not work with the assessment
- If you have a problem loading the test in Safari on a Mac computer, we recommend you try the assessment in Google Chrome
What do I do if I am stuck on a question in the CCSims assessment?
- If you are on a screen that asks you to choose a Most answer and a Least answer, you will not be able to continue with the assessment until one of each type of answer is selected
- If you are asked to perform an action within one of the menus, the assessment will not continue until both the correct menu and the correct item under that menu is selected
