If you made your payment over the phone using our automated payment system, you can request to receive a copy of your receipt with your invoice.

If you selected the credit card payment for your SHL Online project, you will receive an invoice stating paid in full.

If you would like to receive a payment receipt, then please get in touch with your local Customer Experience team by using the Contact Form widget on the right side of this page or by calling your local Customer Experience team. Please click here to find their contact details and opening hours.

If you are placing a new order by phone, please let us know on the call that you would like to pay by credit card. Your local Customer Experience team will take your payment using our automated payment system.

If you are placing a new order by webform, please indicate on the webform that you would like to pay by credit card and your local Customer Experience team will call you to take your payment using our automated payment system.

If you are using the SHL Online platform, at the end of the project setup on the project summary page, you will be presented with payment options, including payment by credit card.

If you would like to pay by credit card for an order that has been processed, then please call your local Customer Experience team and they will take your payment using our payment system. Please have your invoice number to hand when you call.
