Insights is a new SHL platform capability that draws data from SHL Assessments to help customers make more objective, informed and precise decisions. The first insight available on the platform uses potential data (OPQ) and an experience survey to calculate the fit of leaders to the business challenges in a role. This insight helps them make better, more data-driven decisions on their talent. In addition, it helps participants gain insights into their own fit to key business challenges and enables them to create targeted development plans. More Insights, drawing data from other SHL assessments and using other SHL Talent Lenses (e.g. UCF) will follow in later releases.

You will find a new Resources Section on the Platform itself. The admin and participant interfaces contain FAQs that explain the new terms and provide detailed information about the platform. Please refer to the platform for up to date FAQs. You can also view a PDF copy of the FAQs at the bottom of this article.
