Upon completion of your course you will receive 2 OPQ links, which are part of your follow-up work. These will be sent to you in an email from the Training Services team within 5-7 working days after you have completed your course.

If you have not received your OPQ links, please contact Training Services at uktrainingacademy@shl.com.

Please ensure you include your full name, course number, email address and company name to avoid any delays.

At the time you receive the OPQ links for your follow-up work, you will also receive login details for the assessment system. Once your candidates have completed their OPQs, you will be sent a notification email advising you that you can log in and download the reports.

Please visit our Training Services page to select the course you are interested in. You can request a place on a course by submitting an online form. On receipt of your request we will contact you with instructions and confirm your registration status. Once your place has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice. Should you wish to pay by credit card, please mention this at the time of booking or get in touch by using the Contact Form widget on the right side of this page or by calling your local Customer Experience team.

Provisional bookings can be amended without incurring a charge. Once your booking has been confirmed, charges for cancellations may apply.

You can cancel or reschedule the date of your course without charge if you notify us more than 30 days before the course start date.

You will need to pay the full price and will be invoiced again in full for the new course if you reschedule within 30 days of the course start date. However, in some cases, substitutions can be made providing the replacement delegate has completed any pre-course training or e-learning requirements.

Once you complete your course, you can register with the British Psychological Society (BPS) by emailing uktrainingacademy@shl.com. Please include your full name, address, date of birth, email address and the qualification you wish to register in your email.
