Help
We would like to inform you that the web address to access TalentCentral is changing to the below:
The following FAQs will help you prepare for the change and ensure you continue to access powerful insights from your assessment data.
What do you need to do?
We recommend that TalentCentral users update their bookmarks before 4 October, 2018.
What will happen when you login to our new domain?
Please note that users will need to log in on first visiting the domain, however, passwords remain unchanged and can continue to be used.
FOR INTEGRATED CLIENTS ONLY: Will this impact my integrated system, and if so what do I need to do?
We have notified Applicant Tracking System (ATS) providers of the domain change. In most cases your ATS provider will make this update at the system level.
There may be some instances where clients need to submit a request direct to their ATS provider or update their system manually. Our Central Professional Services team is contacting these organizations directly to advise on the action required and ensure a smooth transition.
What happens if you try to login to the old URL?
Client Users
If you attempt to access the old URL, you will automatically be redirected to the new URL during the month of September 2018.
The web address to access the TalentCentral Administrator Portal will also change to the below:
When logging in after the domain change over, we recommend that users select the “Remember Me” checkbox, which will pre-populate their username on subsequent visits to the site.
Candidate Users
The domain change also applies to any candidates taking assessments. It is only the first part of the candidate URL that changes, as highlighted below.
AU
CN
EU
US
Please note that the second part of the candidate URL remains specific to each assessment and is not affected by the domain change.
Candidate users attempting to access the old URL will automatically be redirected to the new URL during the month of September 2018.
How does this impact multi-use links?
Any links to access legacy domains as well as automatic URL redirects will expire during October, 2018, to ensure continuity of service we strongly urge users to update any published assessment URLs or bookmarks before this time.
We recommend that particular attention is paid to updating “evergreen” multi-use assessment links that may have been in use to assess candidates for some time. The full updated URLs for multi-use links can be accessed from the Admin Portal by going into “Manage Project” and copying the URLs to your clipboard.
Who should you contact if you experience difficulty with the domain change?
We have planned very carefully for this change and anticipate that it will require minimal effort on your part.
If you do encounter any difficulties, please contact our support team for assistance.
