If you are placing a new order by phone, please let us know on the call that you would like to pay by credit card. Your local Customer Success team will take your payment using our automated payment system.
If you are placing a new order by webform, please indicate on the webform that you would like to pay by credit card and your local Customer Success team will call you to take your payment using our automated payment system.
If you are using the SHL Online platform, at the end of the project setup on the project summary page, you will be presented with payment options, including payment by credit card.
If you would like to pay by credit card for an order that has been processed, then please call your local Customer Success team and they will take your payment using our payment system. Please have your invoice number to hand when you call.
