What should I do if I have completed my e-learning modules and the score has not updated?
Answer:
At the end of each module, a 10-digit code should appear on your screen. To update the module status, please enter this code on the page when prompted.
If this code does not appear, please get in touch with us by clicking on the Contact Us button on the previous page or by calling your local Technical Support team. Please click here to find their contact details and opening hours. You will need to provide them with the percentage scores you achieved for each completed module.
