Sunscores are typically grouped by three color bands following a simple traffic light model: "Greens" (recommended), "Yellows" (maybe recommended) and "Reds" (not recommended). Standard grouping is Top 25% Green, Next 25% Yellow, and Bottom 50% Red. These thresholds can be adjusted based on the applicant volume (i.e. for very competitive jobs the Green group can be narrowed to Top 5-10% and for hard to fill jobs it can be relaxed to Top 30-40%). The "Greens" are effectively the "passes". The size of each color band is customized for each company.
