Question: How and when can I request an Adverse Impact analysis? (Sunstone Analytics) Answer:

SHL will conduct an Adverse Impact (AI) analysis after the algorithm is complete. This will need Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) demographic and gender data from the client's applicant pool but does not need the first or last name, email address, etc., which could allow us to identify the person. Please note, AI analysis is only completed after a contract has been signed.
