Question: How does SHL Sunstone Analytics work? Answer:

SHL Sunstone Analytics works with your Applicant Tracking System (ATS). When someone applies for a role, his or her application is scored in real time and the results are displayed as a line item in the ATS as a 0-100 score and/or a color indicator, i.e. green, yellow or red.
