Question: What should I do if I have forgotten my password for https://learning.shl.com? Answer:

Please select the forgotten password link (see below screenshot).

Enter your registered email address and click on Send. The system will then send you an email containing a temporary password. The first time you log in with your temporary password, you will be asked to create a new password.
