Please try to reset your password first.
If this doesn't work then you need to contact the platform administrator at your company.Â
If you are the only administrator in your company and need help, please get in touch with your Customer Support Representative.

In case you are trying to access I Assess platform from your office network connection, we suggest that you get the below URL’s whitelisted by your network administrator.
